This package includes your initial 90 min Ayurvedic Intake Consultation and one 60 minute followup to review your Ayurvedic protocols and answer any questions you may have.

Your Ayurvedic wellness protocols will be fully customized to your current lifestyle situation, health issues and goals.

The protocols will include:

* dietary recommendations specifically to address your needs & goals

* recommendations for health boosting daily self care routines

* lifestyle choices to support your optimal wellness

* general exercise guidelines for your specific constitution

* herbal recommendations to support your physical and emotional wellbeing

During the initial session, I will gather information from you to curate custom protocols which address your wellness goals, and take into consideration any health issues you are managing.

During the followup, I will go over your personalized protocols. And we'll discuss how to implement them, so you can begin to easily weave your wellness practices & healthy choices into your routines.

The goal: to help you feel your very best and optimize your health with simple, all natural methods that are customized to your unique needs and that are easy for you to integrate into your busy life.
